Email 101: Customers come first

Are you reaching your customers regularly as part of an email marketing program. Far too often, companies bombard their customers with regular messages about their products or services. It is a common approach, but definitely not the most effective.

Boxless advice:  Know what your customer is looking for and send your messages based on that information. Your messages will be read more often and your click-thru rate will increase dramatically.
