How to Contact Facebook

One of the most common questions I hear from other digital marketers seems to be “How do I contact someone at Facebook for help”. Whether they’re struggling with turning on customer reviews, segmenting their paid advertising or simply setting up their business page, many marketers prefer to speak with a real person over reading general tips. Facebook has a very well organized help center full of suggestions on how to navigate and utilize the platform; sometimes though only a personalized solution can cut it.

So when you have to speak with someone whose business card says Facebook on it, try one of these options.

1) Live Chat with a Facebook Rep.

For a quick answer to a basic issue, this live chat option is a great way to go. I have used this feature on a few occasions, and each time I received a fast and courteous response. There’s nothing like receiving personalized support!

2) Email your question to Facebook and receive a response within one business day.

One business day is a great response time in the world of social media tech support! If your issue can wait for a response and may require the Facebook Rep doing some extensive research on their end, then this is a good option for seeking help.

3) Get personalized help from your very own Facebook ads specialist!

All this option requires is a commitment to spend $25 or more per day on ads for at least 30 days. Don’t worry, I’m sure that your personal representative will be able to assist you with non advertising related Facebook issues as well.

I hope this list has helped you add a few ways to contact Facebook to your troubleshooting repertoire. Have some other great ways to contact Facebook that I should know? Share them in the comments, and thanks for reading!
